About Executive Chef Scott Keefer
Keefer attended Culinard in Birmingham, Ala. where he received his AOS of Culinary Arts and graduated with honors as valedictorian of his class. During his schooling, he worked at Copper Grill Steak House as executive sous chef until 2006 when he joined Atlanta-based Fifth Group Restaurants’ Ecco as sous chef. During his time at Ecco, Keefer gained invaluable experience as a chef, perfecting skills such as recipe development, product sourcing and staff management.
